Shipping Policy

All blends are made to order, by hand, with care. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, regardless of the selected shipping speed. Opting for EXPRESS SHIPPING only affects the shipping speed and does not shorten processing time. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Speed

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days (including Saturdays)

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (including Saturdays), depending on location

  • Large Orders: Orders of 12 or more items require 7-10 business days for processing

Please note: Due to COVID-19, USPS and UPS have suspended service guarantees. Quoted delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays. If your tracking number has not been updated for 5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays), please contact customer service at info@blendedxmoni.com.

Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed due to processing issues, you have the option to cancel for a full refund. However, shipping provider delays are beyond our control. For shipping-related delays, please first contact the carrier or check your tracking information. If further assistance is needed, email customer support at info@blendedxmoni.com.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Returns: Returns are only accepted after contacting customer service and reviewing the goods. The package must be in its original shipping state, and the hair cannot be used.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are not permitted.

  • Refunds: Refunds follow the same protocol as returns. If an order arrives incorrect (missing packs or incorrect items), contact us within 24 hours. We typically respond within an hour and ship replacements within 1-2 business days. If the entire order is incorrect, it must be returned for inspection before the corrected order is shipped.

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
    Please note: Orders cannot be altered or adjusted once they have been submitted for processing.

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping provider. You can also request UPS or USPS to hold your package at your nearest location to prevent theft. If a package is not picked up within three business days, it will be returned, and a refund minus shipping costs will be issued. Use the links below to file a claim with USPS or UPS:
